The Old Firehouse East/Seckner Alleys and West Mountain Alley are part of the DDA’s Alley Master Plan – a long term plan to tap into the potential for enhanced pedestrian connections, improved drainage, trash and recycling, and the opportunity to create festive spaces featuring unique lighting, plantings, art installations, and seating.
Old Firehouse East/Seckner Alleys: April-November 2018
With increased pedestrian and business traffic between Prost Brewing and the Elizabeth Hotel, it is the perfect time to create Fort Collins’ next beautiful alley!
West Mountain Avenue Alley: April-November 2018
Tucked between Mountain Ave. and Oat St., the West Mountain Avenue Alley is heavily used by vehicles, delivery services, and pedestrians. The construction will greatly improve everyone’s experience whether you are taking a shortcut to your favorite business, or parking your car in the updated surface lot.
